1. How does the Hotel Inventory program work?
TA Connections asks its hotel partners to share their hotel room availability for the coming five days. The link for your hotel remains the same so you can save it to your favorites and enter your hotel room availability at your own time. You have been selected as a participant in the Hotel Inventory Program as your property has accommodated crew members of our airline or cruise line partners in the past. By participating in this program you give TA Connections increased visibility into your room availability in case we need to fill last minute room requirements for our partners. Please note that your property does not commit to any crew accommodation by providing the room availability. The data entry does not guarantee any room booking or soft/hard block of rooms. A TA Connections team member will reach out to your property separately in case of any urgent accommodation needs.
2. How do I update/correct the hotel contact information?
Please click on the “Update hotel information” button next to the hotel information section to make any necessary changes.
3. How do I unsubscribe from the Hotel Inventory program?
Please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email that you received.
4. How do I report a technical issue?
Please click on the Contact Us button and select “report technical issue” from the dropdown menu to describe the technical issue that you encountered.
5. How do I subscribe other properties to the Hotel Inventory program?
Please click on the Contact Us button and select “subscribe other properties” from the dropdown menu. In order to add a property to the Hotel Inventory program we require the hotel name, recipient’s name, recipient’s email, full address and nearest airport.
6. How did TA Connections obtain your contact info?
Your contact information is part of our hotel database as your property has accommodated crew members of our airline or cruise line partners in the past. By participating in this program you give TA Connections increased visibility into your room availability in case we need to fill last minute room requirements for our partners.
7. What does TA Connections do with the availability records that I submitted for my hotel?
TA Connections will use the availability data to make quick and efficient booking decisions in case of an urgent room requirement and the data will allow us to accelerate the process of identifying available last minute hotel rooms for our airline and cruise line partners.
8. When will I be contacted by TA Connections for room needs?
You will be contacted by TA Connections when our airline or cruise line partners have an urgent hotel room need due to flight cancelations, flight diversions or weather events.
9. In case TA Connections book any rooms, how will the hotel be paid?
The hotel will be paid through either direct bill, physical or virtual credit card. The payment method depends on the airline/cruise line’s preferred payment method as well as on the relationship between the airline/cruise line and the hotel.
